The only reason I didn't put all five stars is because it I actually got it just a few days ago because they sent it back to y'all saying there was no such number or something however I emailed y'all and y'all email me email me back ASAP and left a phone number for me to call customer service and customer service looked it up and saw the address was on there and sent it priority Mail in 2 days so y'all did a great job and I will be ordering again
I already love my stethoscope! The colors are beautiful! It's lightweight. I can hear heart sounds & lungs sounds well (tried it out on my family). It's lightweight compared to my MDF stethoscope that I bought about 5 years ago. It also arrived sooner than expected!

It comes from Puerto Rico and took exactly 1 week from ordering to get. I was able to track it the whole time and it arrived when they said it would. I can hear so much better out of it than my old one! I have had so many compliments on how beautiful this stethoscope is! I got my name engraved on it so there was no question it is mine, but no one else I work with has one so beautiful!

I love just about everything about this stethoscope, great acoustics, the different ear tips, it's very lightweight and soooo pretty! The only thing I'm not happy with is the engraving. It's way too small and it's on the small bell. At first I actually thought they forgot to engrave it. It's barely noticeable.
Would love to say it’s amazing but still haven’t received it. Everything has been amazing with the ordering process.
Ordered product for my daughter that is a nurse and she absolutely loved her gift. My deliver was on time and all the corespondent was absolutely amazing from the time I placed my order until I received my item.
