HOW RETURNS WORK

Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through www.mdfinstruments.com. Simply call +1.818.357.5647 or fill out the contact form below with your order number, your name, and the reason for the return request and we can help you through the process. Engraved stethoscopes cannot be returned (see below).
We like to keep things simple. We give you 90 days to try our products, and if you don't love your MDF Instruments product, simply initiate a return by contacting us using the form below. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s), not including the original shipping charges. Please give us a few days to process your return.
If for any reason you would like to exchange a product outside of our 90 Day Return policy please contact us.
Stethoscopes that have been engraved are not covered under the 90 Day Return policy. If you have received a stethoscope with an engraving error, please let us know and we will replace it. If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturer's defect, it is covered under our Lifetime Warranty. If for any reason you would like to exchange a product outside of our 90 Day Return policy please contact us.
If you are able to provide us with the original order number, we will process the refund under our 90 Day Return policy guidelines. If you do not have the original order number, we will not be able to offer a refund but we would be happy to offer an exchange and help find the perfect stethoscope for you.
1. Contact us via the form below: please include the original purchase number, your name and the reason for the return request.
2. We will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If an RMA number is not obtained prior to the return, a $5 handling fee will be applied.
3. Ship your instrument back to us.
Returns must be shipped within five business days after the RMA is issued. All returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA being issued. We are unable to refund any import duties/tariffs, original or return shipping costs.
Bulk returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please write the RMA clearly on the outside of the package before returning the item back to MDF. Please include all original packaging and accessories when returning an item. Returns must be shipped within five business days after the RMA is issued. All returns must be received within 10 business days of the RMA being issued.
WWe want you to love your stethoscope, so if you would like to make an exchange, please contact us via the form below. If there is a price difference, we will refund the difference on the original order or charge the difference if you would like to upgrade your MDF Instrument.
We kindly request that you pay for the shipping cost to return your order. If you have received an incorrect or defective product, we would be happy to cover the shipping cost for you. For any issues with shipping your item for return, please contact us.
Please allow us a 7 to 14 business days to process your return and initiate the refund. We will contact you with any questions on your return but once the refund is processed, it will take 2-3 business to post in your account, depending on your bank.
We will gladly accept returns for items covered by the above warranty policies for repairs or replacement. We are unable to refund any import duties/tariffs, original, or return shipping costs for returns. We do not accept returns on stethoscopes that have been engraved.
Non-warranty returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an RMA (return material authorization) number is not obtained prior to the return, a $5 handling fee will also be applied.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or intercepted. Please initiate a return or exchange request above, if you are not satisfied with your order, once you receive it.

3 - The final delivery time will vary based on the shipping carrier, service and delivery location. If your order lies on a weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day (Mondays).
4 - We do not require an adult signature for deliveries.
5 - Free shipping is only available within the continental U.S. We have the ability to ship to addresses within the 50 United States (including DC) via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
6 - We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages (please contact FedEx or USPS if your package has been lost or stolen).
7 - All shipments addressed to P.O. boxes will be shipped via USPS.
8 - MDF Instruments reserves the right to cancel any order and will notify you immediately if we decide to do so (using the contact info you provided).
