Stress Tested 3000 Times
This certified 300mmHg manometer retains accuracy of +/- 3mmHg (Industry Standard). This is without the need of a pin stop which others use to keep the needle from going past zero and outside of these standardized limits. Each unit is stress tested over 3,000 times and calibrated at six pressure points (60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 mmHg) to ensure accuracy across your entire spectrum of patients.
PRECISE DEFLATION CONTROL
Dependably Accurate
The screw-type valve rotates smoothly for a precise deflation control rate. The inflation bulb is constructed of crack-resistant, non-sticking, high-density, hypoallergenic, latex-free PVC.
INTAKE FILTER
The Details Matter
Even small details make a difference like adding an intake filter to the base of the inflation bulb. This filter keeps out unwanted particles and debris that can interfere with air flow or the movement of the gauge.
ATTACHMENT CLIP

Excellent service
Pulled it out to use the other day, and the needle is stuck at 120. I never dropped it or hit it on anything, and it worked fine a few hours earlier. Disappointing considering I went for the more expensive option. My previous Calibra cuffs worked great until they grew legs and walked away.
The guage I got was uncalibrated. They fixed it and sent me a new guage in a timely manner and even gave me free shipping for the inconvenience. Good quality sphygomomanometer
Love it
Good quality cuff, a more dependable overall system than any modern electronic cuff because this one doesn’t have any batteries. This is the way to go for sure.
This has been my second purchase from MDF Instruments. Previously, I purchased a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. The process was smooth and the sipping was fast.
On this order I purchased a different sphygmomanometer with additional cuff sizes. I happened to purchase the incorrect additional cuffs - they did not match the sphygmomanometer that I purchased. I realized my error upon delivery. When I reached out by phone I had the privilege of speaking with MDF's representative, Caitlin. She was fantastic! She sent a pre paid label to return the incorrect cuffs and guided me to select the correct ones that fit my sphygmomanometer. She sent the correct ones to me at no extra cost! What great service!

I just want to say i absolutely love my mdf cuff. Im an emt and having a manual backup to something that breaks often in the field is a lifesaver for accurate vitals, but i’ve been noticing that the velcro has a tendency to loosen itself when working with larger or smaller patients unless you really wrench it down.
