The pentorch works well and is ergonomically well designed. Feels quite professional while using. But I am having trouble understanding variable focus. Do I have to twist the head of the torch or move torch back and forth to adjust the focus?

The LUMiNiX® is equipped with a variable focus beam for a wider cone of light or pinpoint accuracy. Point the beam to objective and twist the head of the penlight to adjust.

Penlight feels cheap and stopped working after it fell from standing. Bulb is bent and does not function.
